Regional Round:
Team can consist of 4 to 5 Participants (min and max)
Participants should belong to B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, M.E, M.Tech, MCA or MSc and should be studying in any stream and any semester/year
One team can register only one idea, duplicate/additional submission will be deleted
The teams should have registered to the SAP Learning Hub
During Regional Round, Only ideas will be evaluated, it is not mandatory to have a working prototype
Hardware only ideas/prototypes to be disqualified. However, combination of Hardware and Software or Pure Software based ideas are allowed
Idea Pitch should be Slide based, Do not use paper based presentation
Each team will be given 10 mins of time to pitch and 5 mins for Q&A
State Hub Round:
Teams who qualify from Regional Round progress to State Hub Round
Teams should have a clear understanding of user needs, market analysis, implementation strategies, scalability and overall benefits.
They should have completed the Design Thinking (DT) course on the SAP Learning Hub and ensure that their presentation aligns with its principles.
Each team will be given 10 mins of time to pitch and 5 mins for Q&A
SAP Round:
Teams who qualify from State Hub Round progress to SAP Round
Teams should have completed the Business Model Canvas courses available on AppHaus or Coursera. The presentation must include a well-structured and comprehensive Business Model Canvas
Each team will be given 10 mins of time to pitch and 5 mins for Q&A
Final Round:
The finale will be hosted at PSGiTech, Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641062
In the finale, teams must design, develop and demonstrate a functional prototype leveraging SAP technologies
